AUZ
The AUZ unidirectional tunnel jet fans deliver high thrust and robust performance for road and rail tunnels.
Built on the advanced NOVENCO ZerAx® platform, they achieve high efficiency with smaller fan selections, lower power consumption, and reduced sound levels. In addition to standard ventilation, the AUZ fans support smoke control ventilation and are tested and approved for smoke exhaust with variable speed drives (VSD).
The design features circular silencers and the proven NOVENCO ZerAx® axial fan technology.
The AUZ tunnel jet fans, based on the highly efficient ZerAx™ platform, are engineered for tunnel applications and with impeller diameters ranging fromØ900 to Ø1250 mm. These jet fans offer superior thrust efficiency for both daily ventilation and emergency smoke control.
The unidirectional design features standard 1220 mm round silencers on each side, with customization options available for different silencer lengths or inner cores for enhanced sound attenuation, along with optional wire guards and outlet cones.
As a standard, the fan casing and silencers are galvanized steel, meeting corrosion category C3, but stainless steel and higher corrosion categories (C4 or C5) are available upon request for increased protection.
Corrosion classes in accordance with EN-ISO 12944-2:2017.
- F200 and F300 smoke extract approvals with VSD in accordance with EN 12101-3:2015.
- Ff300 fans have been tested at 300°C during 2h.
Built upon the ZerAx® platform, these AUZ tunnel jet fans deliver extremely high thrust efficiencies coupled with optimized aerodynamic performance.
Four impeller diameters from Ø900 to Ø1250 mm ensure correct sizing for tunnel ventilation demands.
- Static parts in hot-dip galvanised sheet steel or stainless steel.
- Corrosion classes: C3 standard; C4 or C5 optional in accordance with EN/ISO 12944-2.
Optional inlet wire guard and efficient aerodynamic outlet cone.
The AUZ series offers four impeller diameters, ranging from Ø900 to Ø1250 mm, with measured thrust up to 1750 Newtons (N).
