The NOVENCO AZT jet fans are compact, robust units offering high thrust and reliable, low-maintenance operation, making them perfect for car parks, small tunnels, and service yards.
Built on the highly efficient and low-noise ZerAx® platform, these unidirectional fans achieve exceptionally low sound levels even without traditional round silencers.

Their super compact design, combined with a low profile and adjustable outlet, ensures efficient airflow control within confined spaces. 

Furthermore, the AZT jet fans are certified for dual operation, providing effective daily ventilation while also guaranteeing reliable, high-temperature smoke control performance during a fire.

EN 12101-3:2015 certified
NOVENCO ZerAx® AZT smoke fans are tested and certified for operation with variable speed drives for temperatures at up to 300°C during 2 hours according to EN 12101-3 for powered smoke and heat control fans.
Easy installation
A simple and effective mounting system allows fast ceiling installation. Once the base plate is fixed, the fan can easily be fixed and secured into place and with fasteners.
Optimised airflow control
A round casing with integrated inlet cone and adjustable outlet minimises losses and improves airflow direction. Guide vanes increase aerodynamic efficiency.
Durable construction
The ZerAx impeller with aluminium blades ensures stable, balanced operation. Motors are two-speed and protected to min. IP55 for reliable performance in demanding environments.

The AZT jet fan features a casing integrated with an inlet cone and wire guard, plus an adjustable outlet cone, ensuring efficient airflow direction. Its fan-motor unit, built on the ZerAx® platform, guarantees high thrust efficiency with minimal sound output.

These fans are tested and certified for hot smoke extraction up to 300°C for two hours, providing dependable smoke control during a fire. 

Their robust construction uses high-quality materials for reliable corrosion protection, ensuring long-term durability and performance.

Certifications
  • Certified for hot smoke removal according to EN 12101-3 in classes F200 and F300.
  • All F300 units tested at 300 °C for 120 minutes.
Performance

Thrust levels from 8 to 100 N and sound pressures from 50 to 74 dB(A) at 3m/45°.

Sizes

Three jet fan sizes (280, 355 and 450) with two-speed motors as standard.

Fan casing materials & corrosion categories
  • Casing in pre-galvanised steel with aluminium impeller.
  • Corrosion category C3 in accordance with EN/ISO 12944-2.
Accessories & variations
  • Inlet wire guards and adjustable outlet cone as standard.
  • Pre-mounted mounting feet with integral vibration mounts.

Impeller diameters from 280 to 450 mm with measured thrust up to 100 Newtons (N).
