ARR-AUR

The ARR-AUR series provides highly reliable, smoke-approved tunnel ventilation for demanding road and rail environments, available as reversible (ARR) or unidirectional (AUR) fans. Built on the proven NovAx™ platform, they ensure efficient daily ventilation and reliable smoke control during fires, featuring circular silencers for low sound levels. Accessories such as wire guards and aerodynamic deflectors are available.

EN 12101-3:2015 certified
NOVENCO smoke fans are tested and certified for operation with variable speed drives for temperatures at up to 400°C during 2 hours according to EN 12101-3 for powered smoke and heat control fans.

Related products

These dual-function tunnel jet fans are built on the reliable NovAx™ axial flow platform, suitable for both normal ventilation and emergency smoke control.
Available in reversible (ARR) and unidirectional (AUR) versions, which can include optional wire guards and deflectors.
As a standard, the tunnel jet fans have round silencers of 1220 mm on each side. Jet fans with shorter or longer silencers are available on request.
A special rectangular design is also available for projects requiring extreme low installation heights.

Certifications

F200, F300 and F400 smoke extract approvals in accordance with EN 12101-3:2015. Ff300 fans have been tested at 300°C during 2h.

Performance

Standard operating temperature range from –20 to +40 °C. Measured thrust ranging from 370 to 2600 Newtons (N) with motor powers from 11kW up to 108 kW.

Fan sizes

Impeller diameters from Ø630 to Ø1600 mm.

Fan casing materials & corrosion categories
  • Static parts in hot-dip galvanised steel or stainless steel.
  • Corrosion classes according to EN-ISO 12944-2:2017:
  • Standard C3, optional C4 or C5 in accordance with EN/ISO 12944-2.

  • Wire guards.

  • Rectangular low-height versions ARC-AUC.

The ARR-AUR series offers nine impeller diameters, ranging from Ø630 to Ø1600 mm, with measured thrust up to 2600 Newtons (N).
