Tunnel ventilation - Reliable airflow and smoke control

The ZerAx AZL series comprises unidirectional axial flow fans for installation in air handling units (AHUs) or free inlet conditions.
They are optimised for new installations and can also be used for retrofitting, depending on the existing layout and construction.

AZL fans are optionally available as smoke exhaust fans. These versions support both conventional operation and operation during fires in car parks, commercial and industrial buildings, tunnels and similar facilities.
The smoke exhaust design is tested and approved to meet relevant requirements.

The ZerAx AZN range consists of unidirectional ducted axial flow fans for conventional and industrial installations.
The fans are also available as smoke exhaust versions for use in car parks, commercial and industrial buildings, tunnels and similar applications. These smoke exhaust models are tested and approved to meet smoke ventilation requirements.

ATEX/Ex versions suitable for installation in explosive environments are also available.

NOVENCO NovAx ACN are unidirectional axial flow fans for conventional and industrial ventilation. They are also available as certified smoke exhaust fans for operation during fires in car parks, commercial and industrial buildings, tunnels and similar applications.
The design is tested and approved to meet smoke exhaust requirements.

The NOVENCO NovAx ACP and ACG are unidirectional axial flow fans designed for conventional, industrial and marine use.
Both models are also available as smoke fans for operation during fires in car parks, commercial and industrial buildings, tunnels and similar environments.
The smoke fan versions are tested and approved for smoke exhaust requirements.
The ACG smoke fans include an additional guide vane arrangement for improved efficiency.

The NOVENCO NovAx ARN series offers fully reversible axial flow fans for conventional and industrial applications. The modified blades and guide vanes distinguish the ARN design from other NovAx models and enable its true reversibility.

The fans are also available as certified smoke exhaust versions for use in car parks, commercial and industrial buildings, tunnels and similar facilities. These smoke fans are fully reversible and tested to meet smoke extraction requirements.

The ARC-AUC series provides height-saving reversible (ARC) and unidirectional (AUC) tunnel fans with long silencers, designed for aggressive road and rail environments. 
They serve a dual function, ensuring both normal ventilation and certified smoke extraction as part of the fire safety system. 
Utilizing a space-saving rectangular design based on the NovAx™ platform of axial flow fans, these models achieve an installation height reduced by approximately 20% compared to standard round fans, which is a significant advantage where technical space is limited.

The ARR-AUR series provides highly reliable, smoke-approved tunnel ventilation for demanding road and rail environments, available as reversible (ARR) or unidirectional (AUR) fans. Built on the proven NovAx™ platform, they ensure efficient daily ventilation and reliable smoke control during fires, featuring circular silencers for low sound levels. Accessories such as wire guards and aerodynamic deflectors are available.

The AUZ unidirectional tunnel jet fans deliver high thrust and robust performance for road and rail tunnels.
Built on the advanced NOVENCO ZerAx® platform, they achieve high efficiency with smaller fan selections, lower power consumption, and reduced sound levels. In addition to standard ventilation, the AUZ fans support smoke control ventilation and are tested and approved for smoke exhaust with variable speed drives (VSD).
The design features circular silencers and the proven NOVENCO ZerAx® axial fan technology.

The ARP-AUZ series provides oval-design car park jet fans designed for low sound levels and efficient performance, featuring a compact 422 mm installation height suitable for constrained spaces.
The series includes the fully reversible ARP model, built on the robust NovAx platform, and the unidirectional AUZ model, utilizing the highly efficient ZerAx platform.
Both versions incorporate oval silencers for a sleek look and superior sound attenuation, ensuring high thrust for daily ventilation and dependable operation meeting all strict requirements for certified smoke exhaust safety.
